Used during the integration of Paint Robots into existing paint facilities. Main features:
* Conveyor tracking and speed adjustment
* Rotation system and speed adjustment
* Conveyor pitch information
* Recipe system (paint program retrieval)
* Pneumatic management for adjusting the flow rate of paint guns
For linear robots, it is used to store and manage movement speeds on the axes and recipe systems.

Automatic Paint Gun and Adapter
Automatic paint guns are used on paint robots to adjust atomization settings. Adapters are designed to match the air, paint, and solvent channels of the robot with the brand of paint gun in use or preferred. These adapters can be manufactured using machining methods or with a 3D printer. In linear systems, gun positions can be managed automatically, and a shaft holder can be used for manual intervention.

Paint Gun Cleaning System
Systems used to clean the paint remaining in the line between the paint transfer system and the paint gun on the paint robot after color changes or after production. These are generally pneumatically driven equipment that work on the principle of rotating a brush with clean/waste solvent reservoirs. They allow for automatic gun and line cleaning at predetermined times according to the production status. In linear systems, these processes are mainly done manually.

Paint Transfer System
Paint transfer equipment is used for supplying paint to Paint Robots, whether they are 6-axis robots or linear paint robots.
Paint can be manually added to the transfer system after preparation, or it can be prepared and sent to the robot automatically using 2K automatic mixing systems (paint, thinner, hardener).
Using solutions such as gear pumps in paint transfer systems also makes it possible to obtain information about paint consumption from the robot.
