Through its collaboration with CMA Robotics, Evakim offers project-specific solutions with 8 types of robots that are ATEX certified, have a payload capacity ranging from 2 to 16 kg (for multiple paint guns, flame equipment, etc.), and have reach lengths varying from 2 meters to 3.7 meters. These robots can be easily integrated with accessories such as 2D-3D scanning, 7th axis solutions (linear), rotation, lifts, and part positioning. The primary application areas for these robots are wet and powder paint applications.
In addition to all the features offered by global robot companies, CMA Robots provide four programming options:
* Directly teachable paint program
* Point-to-point programming
* Offline programming
* 2D and 3D scanning
Compared to their counterparts, the biggest difference in the teachable programming solution is that instead of moving the robot traditionally, it uses a special lightweight joystick that offers ease of movement, on which the paint gun is mounted. This joystick converts only the painting movements into the painting program and also converts the atomization movements of the paint gun into the painting program. This unique solution, which we will detail in later sections, is called VR Tracking.
